For the degree of doctor in physics, Hossein Jeddi has composed an academic thesis entitled:

"InP/InAsP Quantum Discs-in-Nanowire Array Photodetectors: Design, Fabrication and Optical Performance".

Hossein Jeddi´s thesis is available at the Lund University Research Portal.

The Faculty has appointed Dr Eva Monroy, Senior Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Grenoble (IRIG), France, as opponent.
