Andreas Ehn - Teacher of the Year 2024/2025, I-section
Andreas Ehn, senior lecturer and researcher at the Division of Combustion Physics, has been named Teacher of the Year for the academic year 2024/2025 by the I-section (Industrial Engineering and Management).
Andreas teaches, among other things, the course Energy and Environmental Physics and is praised by the students for his thoughtful pedagogy, warmth and great commitment:

‘There is no one else who is as helpful, kind or concerned about the success of us students.’
‘No matter how stupid questions you ask, he goes through them to help you.’
‘Andreas makes going to the morning lecture a pleasant experience.’
Andreas on the award:
- ‘It's a great honour and I really enjoy working with the whole group of students who have impressive capabilities and high ambitions. We have worked hard together all spring to learn physics and engineering and about how our world and energy conversion works. It has been extremely fun and inspiring.
Kristina Eriksson Stenström - Teacher of the Year, F-section
Kristina Eriksson Stenström, Professor at the Division of Particle and Nuclear Physics, has been awarded Teacher of the Year by the F-section - a non-profit association for students in the programmes Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics and Engineering Nanoscience.
The students emphasise Kristina's way of making the lectures exciting and inclusive. She is described as clear, committed and very keen for everyone to understand. Among other things, interactive mentometer competitions are used as a way to arouse commitment and joy in the classroom.
